We’re are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who’ll be our dedicated brand guardian and marketing consultant for both national and international projects.
You will take charge of developing, planning, and executing digital strategies for the business. You will be able to spot emerging digital trends, understand new technologies and social media behaviour, and align these with business objectives to create new marketing opportunities and solutions that create compelling digital experiences for our customers.
You must be a pro-active doer – this is no corporate job with corners to hide in, you must be a go-getter and a hacker who thinks outside-the-box and can see ideas through to completion. Ideally, you’ll be proud to share your marketing achievements and have aspirations to seek a leadership position with an ability to energise, empower and grow a fantastic team.

build effective communication channels – identify target audiences and direct messages and communication to the right people in a way that is meaningful to them
deliver integrated communication strategies that involve both paid and earned media (PR, social media, and reviews)
optimise marketing campaigns week by week (discover the magic formulas)
analyse and forecast key market trends and consumer attitudes, recommending strategic changes and activity plans
get the best out of the in-house team and external suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget and on-strategy execution of campaigns
create trusted relationships with our clients by building increased credibility, sharing best practices, and ultimately driving the business forward in a consistent manner
manage the process of establishing and maintaining contacts with media
attend and actively participate at trade fairs, client meetings and workshops
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
3+ years’ experience within an eCommerce business
a marketing enthusiast with strong knowledge across: content marketing, social media marketing, PPC, marketing automation, email marketing and online PR
confidently speak English, you will have the ability to interact with English-speaking customers and effectively balance both listening and speaking
ability to present your work in a simple way verbally and visually but know the tedious details inside out about: users, app / web performance, a growth hack, or a specific marketing campaign
be data-driven – using the “test, measure and learn” methodology to progressively grow performance metrics
commercial experience using a range of social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
experienced user of Hootsuite, Getresponse, marketing automation, Canva, Google AdWords, Analytics, Trends and Webmaster tools
highly organised and capable of developing and keeping to project timelines
have a hunger to grow, learn, lead, solve problems and create amazing opportunities
